Ingredients

  • 1 mediumzucchini (halved & sliced into 1/4" pieces)
  • 1 mediumsquash (halved & sliced into 1/4" pieces)
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1 dashred pepper flakes
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper
  • 2 tbspgrated parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan

  3. 3

    Sautee, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes (until lightly browned)

  4. 4

    Remove from hear & stir in parmesan

  5. 5

    *Make sure oil is heated thoroughly before adding veggies to ensure they do not get soggy
