Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpalak
  2. 250 gmpaneer cut in cubes
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 1large onion+5 garlic paste
  5. 1large tonato+2 green chilli paste
  6. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  7. Salt as required
  8. Generous pinch of haldi
  9. 1/2 tbspghee
  10. 1/4 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Palak ko blanch karein(palak boil karein phr ice water me dal de) and excess water drain kar ke puree bnake side me rhke.Now kadai me ghee garam karein and usme onion voila paste dale or cook karein ache se raw smell chl jaye.

    Now tomato paste add karein and cook hone de jab tak ye paste ghee na chod de.Now Palak puree and milk add karein or ache se stir karein.

    Ab salt,kitchen king masala,haldi add karein or 6-7 minute slow flame par cook karein. Paneer add karein or 2 minutes cook karein ready hain.
