  3. 1 tbspSambhar masala
  4. 3 tbspoil

    Mix all the ingredients except the oil and water

    Add water slowly to avoid lumps

  3. 3

    Rest for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Check the consistency of the batter, if thick add water to make it in a flowy consistency

  5. 5

    Heat the pan

  6. 6

    Roll the sliced onion on the pan

  7. 7

    Spread 1 tsp oil

  8. 8

    Spread the dosa batter and cook from both the sides

  9. 9

    Delicious dosas are ready

  10. 10

    Serve along with Sambhar or chutney

  11. 11

    I served along with some salad (cabbage & onions)
