Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCabbage
  2. 2 - 3 tspnCapsicum
  3. 1 tspnGinger paste
  4. 2Potato boil
  5. 1Carrot
  6. 2Onion big
  7. 1 cupPeas boil
  8. 2 to 3 tspnTomato sauce
  9. 4 tspnPav bhaji masala
  10. Salt taste
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. 100 gramButter
  13. Oil 2 tspn
  14. 2Pav

Cooking Instructions

    2 big Onion, 1cup cabbage,2se3 spn Capsicum, 2 big tomato, 2 boil potato  ,ginger,1 carrot  ko kadu kas kar le  and 1 cup matar ko boil kar ke mashed karein

    Kadai / big tava pan me  1 spn butter and  oil  gram karein

      then onion fry karein then add ginger paste then cabbage, Capsicum,carrot add kar ke fry karein,  few pani daal ke dhak ke pakaye

    Then sabzi gal jaye then add boil potato and peas... 2 se3 spn tomato  sause, salt,  pao bhaji mashala, and red chilli powder  mix well

    Then dhak ke ache se pakaye jab pak jaye  then add 1 spn   lemon juice   and jarurat anusar apni marzi se butter add karein    mix karein

    And ready tava gram karein butter dale halka pao bhaji masala daal mix karein aur  pao ko dono side se   seke

    Then cabbage,tomato paneer and green chutney me lemon juice mix kar ke salad  banayein

  8. 8

    Then serve tasty pav bhaji
