Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgparwal
  2. 250 gmssugar
  3. Water
  4. 250khoya
  5. Cashew
  6. Almonds
  7. Raisin
  8. Pistachios
  9. Varak
  10. Kesar soaked in milk
  11. Cardamom
  12. Green colour

Cooking Instructions

    Nicely peel all the parwals and boil it in green coloured water till it becomes soft

  2. 2

    On the other hand in sugar add some water and make thin sugar syrup

  3. 3

    Soak the parwals in the sugar syrup for 5 -6hrs

  4. 4

    Roast the khoya slightly and then add all the nuts into it and then the kesar milk

  5. 5

    Fill the khoya into the parwals and apply varak...

  6. 6

    Serve chilled....
