Ingredients

  1. 1/2Onion - sliced to half circles.
  2. 1/2Red bell pepper - sliced to half thin circles.
  3. 3 cloveGarlic - chopped.
  4. 1Tomato - cut into cubes.
  5. 4 tbspTomato paste - mix with 1/2 cup hot water.
  6. 4Eggs.
  7. 1 tspGrounded black pepper.
  8. 1/2 tspPaprika.
  9. 1Salt to taste.
  10. 1 dashOil.

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat a frying pan and add dash of oil.

    Add the onion, bell pepper and the garlic to the pan and fry till soft . (5-7 min)

    Add the tomato, salt,paprika and half tsp black pepper and fry till the tomatoes are soft.

    Add the tomato paste and mix for 2-3 min.

  5. 5

    Pour the eggs on top gently and sprinkle with the remaining black pepper . ( don't mix!)

    Cover the pan and cook till the eggs get white color. (5-6 min)

    Serve hot with thick slices of bread.
