Ingredients

  1. For kadhi:
  2. 2 large cupsCurd:
  3. 2-3 tbspBesan(Gram flour)-
  4. 2-3Green chilli-
  5. 250 gmSpinach- finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves-
  7. 3-4Dried chilli-
  8. 1/2 tspHing-
  9. -1 tspMustard seeds
  10. -1/2 tspFenugreek seeds
  11. -1/2 tspCumin seeds
  12. -2-3 bunchCurry leaves
  13. as per your tasteSalt
  14. -1/4 tspTurmeric
  15. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  16. 1 tspBlack pepper
  17. For pakoda:
  18. 1 medium bowlBesan(gram flour)-
  19. -1/4 tspTurmeric
  20. as per your tasteSalt
  21. -1/4 tspHing
  22. 2-3 pinchBaking soda-
  23. -1-2Onion finely chopped
  24. 2-3Green chilli- finelly chopped
  25. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly add all the ingredients of pakoda and deep fry pakodas.

    Now mix curd and besan very well...add turmeric powder, salt into it.

  3. 3

    Add water as per the consistency you require.

    Take a deep pan put some oil into it.

  5. 5

    Add cumin, and mustard in pan.

  6. 6

    When mustard seeds start crackle add hing, methi,black pepper dried chilli and curry leaves into it.

    When it's roasted well then add some turmeric powder.

    Now put chopped spinach in it.

    Cook it well till the water dries.

    Now add mixture made with curd and gram flour.

    Let it cook in slow flame for some time.

    After cooking it add pakodas into it andngarnish with green Coriander leaves.

    Serve it with plain rice or Chapati.

    Fry some green chillies...goes very well with it.
