Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupOats
  2. 2 tbspRagi
  3. curds
  4. 1Onion medium size
  5. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take half a cup of Oats. Grind them in to powder, it just taks 3 minutes.

    Put it in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of ragi and curds and mix. if required add in little water too to get the right consistency. Add salt to it and onions (optional).

    Mix all of these in to batter, take a pan, pour in the batter and spread in to a dosa shape, add in little ghee/oil around, and cover the pan, so that steam too cooks up the dosa.

    Crisp it, and take it off from the flat ladel, eat with chutney or any vegetable.
