Ingredients

  1. 1&1/2 cup suji
  2. 3 cuphot water
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoonudad dal
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonchana dal
  8. 1 teaspoongreen chilly chopped
  9. 2 tablespoonoil
  10. 2sliced onion
  11. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  12. 1 teaspoonkadi patta
  13. 1/4 teaspoonasafetida

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil,heat it,then add mustard seeds,asafetida,kadi parts,udad dal,chana dal,and fry till golden brown,

    Then add chilly paste,turmeric,sliced onion,and cook for 3_4 min.

    Then add suji,salt to taste and cook till 5_7 min.

    Then add 3 cup of hot water and mix well

  5. 5

    Now cover for 2_3 min.Then add coriander and serve hot
