Actually, taking photos and organizing while cooking really requires extra effort. But when I see comments from fellow cooks thanking me for sharing, explaining things clearly, or saying this dish is delicious 😋, it motivates me to keep posting, haha. This is my first dish that i cook at my new house and I'm super excited. The idea of using green tea to boil the chicken is too tenderise the meat and to make it not too dry in the end because we are deep frying the chicken. Why butter? To bring out the flavors of the shallots, spring onion and orange in the dressing. Its beautiful, I'm sure kids will love this

Im avoiding too much oil, so i tried to create my own chicken dishes. Actually i dont use any measurement when i cook. I just estimate each of them. I was really surprise because this one taste soo great and become one of family favourite.
