Cooking Instructions

    Methi ko 2-3 bar pani se dho le.

    Allu ko tukdo Mein cut kar lein.

    Ek kadai mein oil garam karein. Fir methi, allu, tomato, Hari mirch dal dein.

    Acche se mix Karein. Khuli rakh kar cook karein.

    Jab Sara pani sukh jaye to sabhi masale dal dein

    Ab dhak kar pakaein. Jab allu gal jayein to gas band kar dein.

    Methi allu ki sabji ready he. Dahi ke sath serve Karein.
