    Sabse pahle dal ko dho kar cooker me apka le

    Ek bartan me dal ka pani chadhaye, usme mater dal kar pakaye

    Palak ko kat kar dho le, or use bhi mater ke sath apka le

    Tyar dal ko mila kar palak or mater vale pani me dal de

    Pisa tmater,haldi powder, namak dale

    Dal ko chalte rahe chipke nahi dhyan rakhe

    Ab besan ghol kar dal me mila de isse dal me thodi thickness aati hai or swad bhi

    Jab achi tarah dal or palak mil jaye tanhaa se utar kar dak kar rakhe

    Chok ke liye tel garam kare, usme kate lahsun dale and medium flam par golden brown hone par jeera va hing or sukhi mirch dale

    Dal meChok lga kar turant dakkan band kare khooshboo bhut achi aayegi

    Chupati and rice ke sath ye dal behad swadisht lagti hai
