  8. Few anaardana for garnishing

    Take a bowl of makki atta.

    Now add puree and salt acc to taste.

    Now add little red chilli powder.

    Make the soft dough.

    Make big roti..

    Cut into triangle shape and make hole with fork.

    Now deep fry them.

    Place them evenly on plate

    Now put chopped onion on it.

    Then chopped potato.

    After potato chopped tomato.

    Sprinkle chaat masala on it..

    Then spread the curd and green chutney.

    After green chutney pour little ketchup.

    Atlast garnish it with anaardaaana.
