Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupfinely chopped coriander
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspChilli Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspCumin powder
  8. 1/2 tspWhite sesame seeds
  9. 1 tbspYoghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients well and dein make a dough wit least or no water and dein make cylindrical rolls steam it by putting in greased plate fr 15 min in idli maker cool the rolls well.

    After cooling cut down in pieces and deep fry them till golden brown.

    Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
