Fluffy Bread Dough Fluffy Bread Dough
I bought a ton of extra-strong bread flour. However, using a lot of it at once is kind of a waste, so I blended the strong flour and cake flour to make my own, and made the dough with it. This dough is suitable for either sweet bread or savory bread. If you don't have extra-strong bread flour, use 240 g of bread flour and 60g of cake flour.Adjust the heat of the milk based on the season, and adjust the amount of milk as well based on the season and how floury the dough is.This dough is very easy to make.It won't get hard the next day and will still be delicious. All you need to do to recreate the freshly baked fluffiness is just heat it up in a 500w microwave for 20 seconds. Fluffy Bread Rolls Fluffy Bread Rolls
I'm proud to present this recipe! I make these rolls all the time.I usually use instant yeast for this.- Keep your eye on the bread and adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.- Halve the amount of ingredients when making half the amount. The chocolate variation is our family's standard bread. It's even more delicious to eat on the day after, when the chocolate has hardened again! Recipe by yukanosuke cookpad.japan -
Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
I bought a piece of stoneware at the thrift shop. Unbeknownst to me, there were a few recipes inside of it. One was for monkey bread. I actually had some yeast inside of the cabinet. I took the liberty of adding my own flavors and ingredients but made sure not to deviate from the method so much as to totally mess up the recipe. I am not a baker... but I will admit that I have come very far from where I used to be. The fact that I can make a biscuit from scratch ought to give me an honorary culinary degree. I digressed. Sugar butter bread Sugar butter bread
It’s soft and delicious! When making bread-When placing yeast and salt in a bowl at the beginning, do not put it next to each other! When yeast touches salt before the yeast is dissolved in liquid, the salt will stop yeast from working.-Always use warm milk and unsalted butter-when rising, make sure the dough has doubled its size from beginning to end. Adjust the time if necessary.-if the dough is drying, spray water with spray bottle Anna -

Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
#breads Monkey bread is also called as Puzzle bread, Hungarian coffee bread, bubble bread and/or pull-a-part bread. Monkey Bread is one of the most popular "American" breakfast dishes. Despite the name, this bread has no connection with the primates. It is believed that the name "monkey bread" attributes to the fact that the bread being a pull-a-part finger food, the enjoyer would pick apart the bread as a monkey would. Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky, gooey, soft, pinch -me bread made from little balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together in a bundt pan.In this recipe, I filled each of the dough balls with chocolate spread to give it an extra chocolatey twist. Honey Apple Fluffy Bread Honey Apple Fluffy Bread
I wanted to do something in return for my relatives, so I made these. They have a job that involves driving, so I made bread so that they could snack on it when they got hungry. The bread will rise nicely if you use the milk after warming it up a bit. Set aside a little of the whisked egg and coat the surface of the bread with it before baking. Sprinkle with granulated sugar to make it turn out pretty. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan -
