Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrots (peeled & washed)
  2. 1 tinmilkmaid
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspelaichi powder
  5. 5-6 tbspghee
  6. As neededSliced nuts for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the carrots into cubes. In a food processor grind the carrot cubes (but not to fine) texture like coarsely chopped.

    Heat ghee in a kadhai & add the grated carrots into it.
    Cook till all the moisture evaporates

  3. 3

    Add the condensed milk, sugar, elaichi powder & cook till the ghee floats on top & moisture has completely evaporated.

  4. 4

    Garnish with sliced nuts & serve hot.
