Now heat ghee in a wok add the cardamom after crushing roughly

Add carrots saute adding a pinch of salt

Pour milk and cover till it gets cooked well

As the milk dries up and the carrot becomes soft add sugar and mawa mix well

Finally add milkmaid and garnish with nuts and raisins
