Creamy Gajar Ka Halwa Creamy Gajar Ka Halwa
#cookpadindiaGaajar Halwa is an exclusive Indian Dessert loved by people of all ages. Also it is enjoyed in a variety of different festivals and parties. Best part being that it hardly takes your time. You can do multiple things while tending to this dessert. This is a slow cook method done on a gas without Pressure Cooker. It's creamy and lusciuos. And is served with Vanilla Ice-cream for that extra punch. It can be served with any of your favourites apart from Ice-cream. It's entirely upto you. I have used Amul Fresh Cream in this. It gives this a lovely texture and has that melt in mouth super duper taste.Happy Cooking with Zee! ZMA -

Gajar Halwa Gajar Halwa
Benefits of Gajar Halwa1) Carrots are loaded with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and fibre. The vitamin A in carrots helps to improve the vision, thus making it mandatory to finish the halwa in your bowl.2) Adding milk to the halwa adds calcium and protein to the dish. The cashews and raisins add to the protein and antioxidants in the halwa.3) The ghee in halwa carries good fats required by your body to reduce those aches and pains that come along with winter. Though ghee is very healthy but still if you prefer not to have loads of it, you can use 1 tablespoon of butter. Also, the upper chest infection rises in winter and the vitamin A present in carrots improves your immune system, thereby shielding you from infections.#RSC#dtmayudish Dt Mayuari Shukla -
