Ingredients

  1. 1Miso chilean sea bass or salmon
  2. 1/3 cupSake
  3. 1/3 cupMirin
  4. 1/3 cupLight yellow miso
  5. 3 tbspBrown sugar
  6. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 2 tbspBadil
  8. 2 tbspGreen onion

Cooking Instructions

    Mix contents in bowl and brush fish entirely. Let marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours min.

    Bake for 6 mins

  3. 3

    Put on plate and sprinkle with basil and onion
