Ingredients

24 medium cupca
  1. 520 gmsAll purpose flour
  2. 256 gmsMargarine
  3. 256 gmssugar
  4. 15 gmsbaking powder
  5. 2 tspessence (i used vanilla)
  6. 2eggs
  7. 2 cupsmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180degrees c

    Line your cupcake trays with cupcake liners and measure out your ingredients accurately.

    Sift the flour and baking powder and keep aside. Combine margarine and sugar until pale and soft. Add the essence.

    Add the eggs, one at a time,thoroughly beating after each addition until the egg is fully incorporated before adding another.

    Fold in the dry ingredients starting with half the flour, then half the milk, then the rest of the flour bit by bit until you reach a smooth drop consistency.

    Scoop the batter into the cupcake trays, make sure you fill upto ¾ to leave room for the cupcakes to rise.

    Place on the middle rack of your oven to bake. Bake for 25-30mins until well risen and golden brown.

    Remove from the oven and remove from the tray immediately, place on a cooling rack.

Good afternoon madam. I have a gas oven that is not marked with degrees. There is full and half shown in flames signs. How can I fix it at 180 degrees centigrade or equivalent please?
