Cooking Instructions

Season the chicken breast with garlic, chilli powder and black pepper. leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Put flour in a bowl and flour in another.

Deep the chicken in the flour then eggs then flour then deep fry in deep frying oil till golden brown. Remove from oil and put in paper serviette to drip.

In a separate sauce pan melt one tsp of butter, add berbecue sauce, peri peri and tikka sauce then throw in the nuggets in the sauce, mix and toss around to coat well.

Garnish with Paisley or chives. Enjoy!!!
