Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 2/3 cupWater or Chicken Broth
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 4 cupsCabbage
  5. 2 stalksGreen Onion
  6. 4 slicesBacon (optional)
  7. 1/2 cupShrimp (optional)
  8. Mayo/Okonomiyaki sauce to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk together flour and water (or broth) until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add eggs, cabbage, onions and optional ingredients

  3. 3

    Pour half the batter into a hot oiled pan. Cook for approx. 3 minutes then flip when bottom begins to brown and cook other side until brown.

  4. 4

    Garnish with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce.
