Cranberries Lemon Wilton Muffins Cranberries Lemon Wilton Muffins
This is the first recipe of muffin that I ever made. I used to fail, the muffin didn't rise well, but I am pretty good with muffins lately, so I jumped into this recipe again and give it a try. The result was surprisingly different from the one that I made before. It was so moist, light and spongy while the previous one that I made was a bit dense with a strong flavor. I used the same recipe with different result, and this time I am satisfied. 😁😁😁 Recipe was got from Ruri's blog (Indonesian blogger) Yanny Widjanarko -
Raisin Muffins Raisin Muffins
I loved the raisin scones I had at the Peninsula Hotel. Since then I've been hooked on sweets with dried fruit.I made these muffins with typical ingredients I have at home.At Step 1, if you forget to return the butter to room temperature heat it in a microwave for 10 to 20 seconds. Do not melt the butter, though. At step 7 & 8, do not over-mix or you won't get a fluffy texture. At step 11, do not bake too long. Burnt raisins are bitter! Recipe by Mareko cookpad.japan -
Blueberry Crumble Muffins Blueberry Crumble Muffins
I had frozen blueberries on hand.Since I filled the muffin molds to the brim to make them voluminous, this recipe made 5 muffins (If you bake in paper muffin cups, they will overflow, so divide the batter into 6)Use a whisk to thoroughly mix the ingredients until Step 3, then briskly fold in the flour and milk with a rubber spatula. If you have leftover crumble, you can keep it in the freezer. Plain Muffins Plain Muffins
I wanted to make simple muffins that tasted like they're from the bakery. Actually, mine are better than muffins from any bakery! They're best eaten 1-2 days after you make them. If they get dry, microwave and they'll become nice and soft again. These are very simple muffins so you can play with the flavour by using different variety of ingredients. By the way, I used pure white sesame oil, which has a richer flavour than regular vegetable oil. Recipe by choco811 cookpad.japan -
Just Mix and Bake Basic Plain Muffins Just Mix and Bake Basic Plain Muffins
I love scones, but I was wondering about the difference between scones and muffins. That's how I came up with this recipe. When adding the egg, make sure it doesn't separate, do so in small batches. After adding the powdered ingredients, make sure you don't mix too much. Don't worry even if it's a little floury. Adding milk in small batches makes it easier to blend together. Light and Fluffy Oreo Muffins Light and Fluffy Oreo Muffins
Since I was given margarine in return for being a cooking tester, I made these muffins that are easy to gift. Margarine keeps the muffins moist, fluffy, and retains the flavor the next day. They were so delicious. If the egg is not warm enough, the mixture will separate easily. So I recommend mixing in a double boiler a little at a time. If it does separate, adding in a little bit of flour should fix it.The muffins puff out more if the batter is sticky, so make sure to add in the milk and dry ingredients alternately and mix until it becomes sticky.
