    Pill the potatoes and slice them into small pieces

    Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan

    Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl and add 2 teaspoon of vinegar and roycco

    Mix gently for two minutes then allow it to rest for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    When oil is hot enough deep all the potatoes and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove and serve with salad
