Ingredients

  1. For stuffing
  2. 2 cupBoiled mashed potatoes
  3. 1 cupBoiled semi crushed green peas
  4. 1 tspGinger paste
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspMango powder
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  11. 1 tspChopped green chillies
  12. 1 tbspChopped green coriander leaves
  13. 1 tspOil
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1/2 tspChopped Curry leaves
  16. For coating-
  17. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  18. 1 tbspClarified butter
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. 1 tspCarom seeds
  21. Cold water as per requirement for kneading stiff dough
  22. 1coffee mug oil for deep frying samosas

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all coating ingredients and make stiff dough.

    Keep it aside and covered with samp cloth.

  3. 3

    Now heat one spoon oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

  4. 4

    Now add curry leaves and green chilli.

  5. 5

    Now add all ingredients of stuffing other than coriander leaves.

    Cook it in medium flame for 5 minutes with continues stirring.

    Now let it cool.

    Now roll one chapati from prepared dough and cut it from middle.

    Now make cone from first half and fill it with prepared stuffing.

    Now seal it from top and fry it in oil.

    Cook it in medium flame from both sides till it tunrs Crispy and golden in colour.

    Remove from oil and serve hot.

    Repeat the same process for rest of prepared dough and stuffing.
