Mix all coating ingredients and make stiff dough.

Keep it aside and covered with samp cloth.

Now heat one spoon oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Now add curry leaves and green chilli.

Now add all ingredients of stuffing other than coriander leaves.

Cook it in medium flame for 5 minutes with continues stirring.

Now let it cool.

Now roll one chapati from prepared dough and cut it from middle.

Now make cone from first half and fill it with prepared stuffing.

Now seal it from top and fry it in oil.

Cook it in medium flame from both sides till it tunrs Crispy and golden in colour.

Remove from oil and serve hot.

Repeat the same process for rest of prepared dough and stuffing.
