Cooking Instructions

Take a cup of cooked rice, to it add tamarind paste and salt as per your taste. Now start preparing tadka. Heat oil and start dropping ground nuts(1/4th cup) first, Chanadal, curry leaves if you wish to add, mirchi only 2, jeera, mustard seeds, 1/2 spoon turmeric. Now ur tadka is done. Add this hot tadka on to rice to and mix it well. Check salt and tamarind. If you feel not sufficient please add them accordingly. If you feel jyada hogaya, please add some more cooked rice.
