Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3 cupspenne pasta
  2. 1 packetbasil leaves
  3. 100 mlolive oil
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonpepper
  6. 3garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
  7. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water, pour 1 tablespoon of oil & 1 teaspoon salt in the water

    Add pasta & cook till soft

  3. 3

    Blend garlic, basil leaves, cheese & oil in a food processor & add salt & pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Mix pasta with Basil pesto & serve hot or cold
