Ingredients

  1. 200 gCorn
  2. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1 tablespooncornflour
  5. 1 tablespoonMaida
  6. As neededOil
  7. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean the corns and boil them in a cooker with salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Add little bit of water so that the base doesnt burn

    Remove the corns and separate the water from it

  3. 3

    Add cornflour and maida into it and keep it in fridge for 15-20 mins

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and add some oil. When hot, shallow fry the corns

  5. 5

    Remove when light brown and enjoy it as a crunchy snacks item
