Ingredients

15 servings
  1. 3 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupwarm water
  3. 1 tbsactive dry yeast
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 1/3 cupoil
  6. 1egg
  7. Egg yellow food colour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl put warm water n add yeast n leave it for 5mins

  2. 2

    Add sugar n stir,leave it for 5mins to make a foam

  3. 3

    Add little oil n food colour stir n fold in the flour n knead to make a dough

  4. 4

    Continue kneading as u add oil

  5. 5

    Leave the dough covered in a warm place for 1hr until it rises to double size

  6. 6

    Knead again,n cut the dough to small sizes n mould to ur desired shape n place it on a greased baking try n glaze with the egg

  7. 7

    Leave it for 30 mins to rise then bake at 175degree celcius for 20-25 mins

  8. 8

    Serve with ur favorite drink n not alcohol
