Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscake flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. dropegg yellow food colouring

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat well until smooth and creamy

  3. 3

    Place paper cups into muffin tin and fill 3/4 full

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 minutes at 180C or till a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean

I discovered my love for cooking a few years ago. Since eating out is expensive i figured i had some learning to do. Living in a very small town(i doubt it can even be called that) where you cant always find what you wanted also pushed me towards doing it on my own. I am Zimbabwean by the way.I think the internet is the best invention ever since i can look up recipes, try and modify them to suit my preferences.
