Ingredients

  1. 1 cup shenga(peanuts)
  2. 2 tbsbesan
  3. 1 tbsrice flour
  4. 1/2 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1/8 tspturmeric Powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 pinchblack salt
  10. Pinchcooking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the dry masala in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add peanuts and sprinkle water little by little and mix

  3. 3

    Heat oil in leave masala coated shenga in hot oil and fry on medium heat till crisp

  4. 4

    Remove on tissue paper

  5. 5

    Leave as it is for some time,then serve,crunchy masala shenga ready to munch.
