  1. 2 tbspsabudana
  2. 250 gmilk
  3. 1cardamon
  4. 2-3 dropsrose emulsion
  5. 1/4 cupwater

    Soak Sabudana in water for 5 min

    Heat 1/4cup water add sabudana

  3. 3

    Cook it for 2 min add milk and elaichi

  4. 4

    When boil it mix sugar and cook for 5 min on low flame

  5. 5

    When mixture turn thick turn off gas add rose essence and colour

  6. 6

    Now pour this mixture in pot and steam it for 5 min

  7. 7

    Garnish with nuts serve hot ot chilled
