Ingredients

  1. 250 gmgreen chillies the long light green ones
  2. 5-6 tbspMustard oil or if required more
  3. 2 tspMethi dana
  4. 1 1/2 tspcumin
  5. 4 tbspFennel seeds
  6. 4 tbspMustard seeds
  7. 2 tspHing (asaefotoida​)
  8. 2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 4lime juice
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and wipe the green chillies on a clean kitchen towel.

    Now cut the chillies.

  3. 3

    Dry roast mustard seeds, jeera, fennel seeds and methi dana. But see that it does not burn or else it will taste bitter.

    When it cools, in a mixie jar grind it coarsely.

  5. 5

    In the chillies bowl add mustard oil, salt, lime juice, and all the grounded powder, turmeric powder and hing.

  6. 6

    You can consume the aachar after 4-6 days.
