Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. 2 pinch haldi
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1packet eno
  6. 1 cup water
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1mustard seeds
  9. 4-5 slit green chillies
  10. 2 tspsugar
  11. 1 tsp lemon
  12. 11-15 leaves curry

Cooking Instructions

    Basan, suji,haldi, namak mix it with water to from smooth semi thick bater.now heat steamer to steam dhokla..Here i steamed it in kadhai..Heat kadhai n add 1 glass water n place a stand in it.Let water to boil.Now add 1 packet eno n mix it gently in bater in one direction. Transfer the bater in a greased tray or plate n keep it in kadhai for 25 minutes on medium flame. After 25 minutes. Check it with tooth pick. If it clean it ready. If not clean steam for 10 minutes more. Now let it cool.

    Heat a tadka pan and add oil. Add mustard,slit green chillis or leaves curry when cracks add water, sugar, lemon juice and mix it nicely till sugar dissolves now pour this to the dhokla and let it absorb it.

    Cut the dhokla in desired shape and serve it with sauce or chutney....
