  1. 1boiled aalu
  2. 1 tsprai
  3. 1 tspsabut sukha dhaniya
  4. 1 cupchopped onion
  5. 1/2 cupbesan
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  11. 1/3 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 cupmaida / flour for dough
  15. 1 tspajjwain
  16. 3 tspoil for dough
  17. 4 tspoil for sauteing
  18. as needed oil for deep frying
  19. 3 tspwater
  20. 4garlic pods crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a soft dough using maida, 1/2tsp salt, ajjwain,oil and water.keep it aside for 15mins.

    In a pan,heat oil.add rai and sabut sukha dhaniya.let it splutter.

    Add mashed boiled potato and cook for 4 mins.

    Next add besan and roast till you get nice aroma.

    Then add chopped onions,garlic,green chillies,lemon juice and all spices.

    Cook till everything is well cooked.

    Lastly add water and saute nicely.

    Let it cool totally.Make small ball of laddoo size and put it aside.

    Make small balls of dough.

    Flatten them with your hand.put the masala ball in it.

    Seal the edges very nicely so that masala does not come out while frying

    Put them in a very hot oil for 1 minute and quickly take out

    Again put them in oil.Now fry them on medium flame till you get golden colour
