Cooking Instructions

Cut the cube size paneer.

Take a large mixing bowl add yogurt and all the masala,salt and oil & mix it very well.

Add paneer and onion cubes and capcicum cubes and mix with the masala. Then keep it in the refrigareter 1 hour.

Afrer 1 hour now arrenge all the marinated paneer and onion and capcicum cubes are string onto the kebab sticks and apply little extra marinating masala.

Then place them into the cooking tray.

Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 200° centrigrated.

Now cook them in 200 digree for 15 min and turn the other side after 15 min.

After 30 min the kebabs are done & ready to serve.
