Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour (250gms)
  2. 1 cupsugar (200gms)
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 2/3 cupbuttermilk (161ml)
  6. 6 tbsbutter (85gms)
  7. 1/2 tspalmond extract
  8. 4egg whites (120gms)
  9. 4 dropslight red food coloring or pink color

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk egg whites with sugar until fluffy,

    Add the rest of the liquid ingredients mix

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients slowly until incorporated

  4. 4

    Once mixed place in a baking tin and bake @180 for 40mins
