Ingredients

  1. 250 gramspotato
  2. 250 gramscauliflower
  3. 250 gramscabbage
  4. 100 gramspeas
  5. 250 gramsbottle gourd
  6. 2chopped onions
  7. 2chopped tomatoes
  8. Coriander for garnishing
  9. Paw bhaji masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbspRed chill powder
  12. 1 tea spoonturmeric power

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled all the veggies except onion tomatoes and peas.
    Mash it very well

    Heat the oil and put cumin and in it.
    Add onion to it and saute it till it turns golden brown.
    Add tomatoes and stir it continuously till it becomes thick gravy
    Add turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander cumin, garlic chutney,Pav Bhaji masala, salt, garam masala and water to it.
    Mix it very well.
    Now let it be on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
    In between keep on stirring for a while....so that bhaji don't stick at the bottom of kadhai.
    Finally add butter and peas to it and off the gas.

    Now garnish it with coriander and serve it with lemon,butter roasted Pav,buttermilk and salad friends 😊
