Ingredients

  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 1boiled beetroot
  3. 2carrot boiled
  4. 1 bowlcauliflower boiled
  5. 2onions finely chopped
  6. 3tomatoes chopped
  7. 1capsicum chopped
  8. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tsp termaric
  10. 1 tspred chili powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. 2 tbspbutter
  15. 1/2 tspcumin
  16. 1lemon juice
  17. 1 tbspPav bhaji masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and add oil and 1 sp butter. Then add cumin, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and mix for a min, then add capsicum and after a min add tomato and fry for 5 min

    Add termeric, chilly, salt and coriander powder and mix it till oil separates. Then add boiled vegetables and mash it properly. Add water and adjust consistency.

    Then add garam ma's ala, PAv bhaji masala and lemon juice. Cover it and cook for 7-10 min on low flame.

    Heat a tawa add butter and dost PAv

  5. 5

    Hot tasty and healthy PAv bhaji masala is ready to serve
