Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked sweet corn kernels
  2. 2boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  4. 2chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tspfinely chopped ginger
  6. 1 cupchopped coriander
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the corn into a coarse mixture. Add the potatoes, onions, coriander, green chillies and ginger and mix well.

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round tikkis.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a pan and cook the tikkis till they turn golden brown and crisp from both the sides.

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney
