Milk Bread Topped with Sugar Milk Bread Topped with Sugar
I really enjoy making bread nowadays. I adjusted the flour amount for this recipe to suit our house oven, which the baking sheet is 30 cm square long The rolls will be soft when you make them with water, and will have a richer flavor when you make them with milk. I was wondering which one to use, but I used milk this time. I sometimes add something like heavy cream to the ingredients and try few other things too.The time for proofing and how long to let the dough sit is just a guide, so check on how the dough is and adjust. The butter for the topping is optional It's already delicious even without butter. I omitted the butter this time because I'm on a diet. For 8 pieces. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -
Tortilla Bread with Seeds and Oats for Shawarma or Fajita Sandwiches Tortilla Bread with Seeds and Oats for Shawarma or Fajita Sandwiches
Cooking is an art and a joy for me. I love cooking delicious meals for my family and presenting the food in a special way, even if we don't have guests. I try to make all kinds of sandwiches and fast food at home, and even some desserts, in a way that's healthier and still tasty, in addition to traditional dishes to which I sometimes add my own special touches. 😊 Hiam SalehTranslated from Cookpad Lebanon -

Easy Sweet and Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with Chicken Breast (No Frying) Easy Sweet and Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with Chicken Breast (No Frying)
Thank you so much for 400 reviews! Even though it's made with chicken breast, it has a wing-like flavor. It's boneless, making it easy to eat and perfect for lunchboxes. It's healthy because it's not fried. The origin of this recipeI often made stick-shaped fried chicken for lunchboxes, but I wanted to make it healthier by using chicken breast and baking it.From the book '*Momora*'s Easy and Happy Sweets at Home' (Shufu to Seikatsu Sha)I have many easy and quick recipes on my blog. ❤ももら❤Translated from Cookpad Japan -

Saffron Risotto with Osso Buco Saffron Risotto with Osso Buco
Saffron Risotto with Osso Buco is one of my favorite dishes. It has a rustic flavor, but the gremolata brings perfect balance. This is definitely a comfort food, ideal for a chilly Sunday when you want a delicious and complete meal. The recipe is a bit time-consuming, but there’s nothing complicated about it. Osso Buco with risotto has always been one of my favorites, and when I tried it in Milan, I completely fell in love with its unique taste and aroma. This is my version, inspired by the traditional recipe. Simona ChicchiDiSorrisoTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
