Cooking Instructions

Soak rice in water for half an hour

Take a kadhai add 2tspn of ghee, add all spices (cardomom, cloves, tej pata, jeeera etc.) roast them.

Add all vegetables to it & roast them well, add soya chaap chunks to it.

Add all powder spices to it & roast them well & add some water to it.

Before add curd makesure the heat is low & curd is beaten well, add curd to it & mix well until curd is boiled than rest this vegetable mix a bit.

Now take a sauce pan & boil some water in it with some salt & ghee add rice to it & boil until cooked patially than drain out rice from it.

Now take a lid pan & heat some oil & layer rice first than add vegetable mix than again layer of rice on top add more ghee on top &cover with lid & cook on low heat for 10 to 15 min.

Your biryani is ready for serving present it with green chutney.
