Ingredients

  1. 2 cupdesiccated coconuts
  2. 4 tbspcondensed milk
  3. 1 tspred colour
  4. 1 tspvanilla essense

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a pan and roast desiccated conconut just for 2 min.

    Now put the roasted desiccated conconut in a bowl add condensed milk, vanilla essense mix well and make a dough.

    Now divide the dough in 2 parts. In a first part add red food colour and make a red colour dough and 2nd part make remain same white colour.

    Now take a clean wrap or foil paper firstly spread Red colour dough like a chapati on the above red colour dough spread white dough and roll it tightly. And make a roller.

    Now refrigerate the roll for 2 hour.

    After 2 hour roll will set. Now cut it in a round shape with knife.

    Now ready to serve coconut Swiss roll.
