I first thought of vanilla cake but again thought of lemon products that have good aroma and taste, give it a try.

Cream sugar n blue band till no particles of sugar are visible

Add eggs each at a time,mixing well each egg before you add the other.

Mix the baking powder to the flour and sift

To the egg mixture pout the flour mixture by bits mixing evenly, if too thick add some milk.add in the lemon juice and zest to the batter

Add in the lemon juice and zest mix well.
- 6
Grease pan and pour the batter.
- 7
Bake for 50mins at 180°
