  1. 1cauliflower cut into florets
  2. 2 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  3. 2 teaspoonpoppy seeds paste
  4. As neededmustard oil
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Cauliflower boil and rinse with cold water and keep aside.

    Heat a pan dry roast the poppy seeds and make a paste.

  3. 3

    Boiled cauliflower mix with salt, mustard oil, poppy seeds paste, sugar and chilli paste.

    Add cauliflower mix in a pan on low heat with lid and cook for 10 -15 min. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and stir for 1 -2 min.

    Cauliflower roast is ready to be served
