Ingredients

  1. 2large ripe Pineapples, cubed
  2. 2large Onions, cubed
  3. 250 mlSugar
  4. 250 mlWater
  5. 125 mlVinegar
  6. 5 mlSalt
  7. 5 mlTurmeric
  8. 10 mlCurry powder
  9. 3 mlMustard powder
  10. 20 mlCornflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients, except Cornflour, in large casserole and place on heat. Boil until soft.

    Mix Cornflour with a little water and add to casserole. Boil till thick.

  3. 3

    Place Curry Pineapple in bottles and seal while still hot.
