Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpotato
  2. 100 gmsaim
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 8 piecegarlic
  5. 2 tsp oil
  6. 2tomato
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tspred mirchi
  9. 1 tsp dhaniya powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly take oil in pan then mixed jeera.. Heeng and chopped onion fry till up to brownish colour

  2. 2

    Then mixed turmaric powder red mirchi dhaniya powder in it and properly fry the masalas

  3. 3

    Finally mix chopped potato chopped saim then cover up to 20 minutes

  4. 4

    After 20 minute add garlic green dhaniya leaves
