Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan add all veggies except paneer. And saute for 2 minutes.

Add black pepper, salt, soya sauce and saute for a minute, add paneer and mix well.

Put maida in a bowl add some water and make a dough.

Rest dough for 20 minutes.

Now make small balls with the dough.

Roll the balls fill this mixture and make momos shape.

Add water in a steamer, and steam the momos for 7-10 minutes on low flame.

Serve with spicy garlic and chilli chutney.
