Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes with salt and vinegar added until lightly cooked (a fork should go through with some difficulty). Remove from water and drain excess water

Add the spices, salt, coriander and oil. Mix being careful not to mash the potatoes

Grease an already heated baking sheet with oil. Bake in a 400 degrees Celsius preheated oven until they turn golden brown. Turn the potatoes and let the other side cook similarly.

Serve and garnish with cucumber slices. Enjoy with tomato chutney.
