Ingredients

  1. 1/2tuber yam medium
  2. 1 cupshredded smoked fish
  3. 1/2 cupdry oporo
  4. 2knorr cube
  5. 1 tbspcrayfish grounded
  6. 8habanero pepper
  7. 1onion
  8. 2cksp palm oil
  9. 2 cupsdiced scent leaf
  10. little iru

Cooking Instructions

    Peel yam, cube it, wash and set aside; wash and shred Pepper roughly and set aside; wash oporo and soak then set aside

  2. 2

    Heats up yam allow its cook, once its almost soft, add smoked fish, oporo, pepper, onion, iru, salt, knorr then allow it cook for another 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add palm oil, cover pot and allow it cook on low heat for about 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Add scent leaf, stir and turn off heat and serve
